Reader respose 6
I disagree with Violet because she is turning 15 and people from her country they have quincenera. She wants to make her own party, but her grandma is forcing her to make a quincenra. But if I was her I would talk to my grandma and follow what I believe. Violet's grandfather is kind and thoughtful. He helps her with good edvice and tell her about his life. I guess what made him that way is his personality, that's the way he is. No one has changed through out the book, but I think Violet will change because her birthday is coming , I think she is going to do something to stop it.
Listening passage:Mona Lisa
One possible identity of Mona Lisa is a self portrait of Learnado da Vinci. For example, a doctor studied Learnado da Vinci through a computer. The painting of Mona Lisa matches with Learnado da Vinci. That's why some people think that Mona Lisa is da Vinci himself.

Character Unit Intro
Yes, I think people change because if the person is doing something bad and they are going threw a wrong path then they could change by doing good. Also, people who do good things turn out to do bad things. For, example the book ''The part time Indian '' junior changes because he goes to a bad school in the rez and he want to go to this really good school out of the rez. He decides that because he wants to have a better future. But when Junior gets there he acts a little diffrent than he would on the rez. He punches a kid he thought would do something to him. But the kid does nothing back.
Some people don't change at all but stay the same. For example, the book''A child called It'' Dave's dad changed because he use defend him and look out for him when his mom went after him. Then one day he stop doing that and left the house.

Election Reflection
What this election historic is that, for the first time we have an African-American as president in America. What Obama election means to me is, that now we have someone who cares about education, someone who will strive hard to make sure everyone has a future. What Obama means to the country is that he will care for the troops and Iraq and the economy. We lost money cause of the war. And lots of people lost job, or not getting paid well, and need to care for their family.
What I feel today about the country is that now there is a change for things that bush has not accomplish. What i feel about Obama is that I know that he will make a change and trust in the U.S. and try to make the country stronger and better. What I feel about the election is suprised, because I knew Obama would have a lot of votes. When I was watching last night he had one hundred and something. And later on he had 200. He needed 207 to win I knew he was going to win. What I think Obama will do in the next 4 years is that he will do what ever is takes to accomplish what he wants to do, to make this country better.I hope the first issue he cares for is the economy because a lot a people are nit getting paid enough or fairly.
